About

Built by a wealth of experience from inside the problem.

Proof XP's story begins with the years our CEO, Fezzan Ahmed, spent inside the charity sector. That experience gave him a clear view of a real problem, and a genuine desire to help fix it: organisations always had more impact than the data alone could show. As the importance of social impact reporting has grown, so has the need to solve it, through high-quality data capture that actually surfaces the true social impact value behind the work.

That's why Proof XP was created: to make sure that difference is properly captured and understood, however far into a project an organisation chooses to bring us in, turning the remarkable work organisations do into something they can actually show, and illuminating the difference they make in their communities.

Our vision

To become the underpinning intelligence behind community-led impact, bringing the transparency that lets organisations of every size prove the change they create, so it's never invisible to the systems that fund them.

How we work

Principles behind the process

The same rigour, every time

Whether it's a small local project or a multi-year programme, every output (report or dashboard) gets held to the same standard. No shortcuts for smaller organisations.

Trust, built into the process

Every figure you see, whether in a report or on a live dashboard, is traceable back to the data it came from, so what you hand to a funder holds up to real scrutiny, not just a first read.

Clear, not punitive

Where the data falls short, we explain exactly what's needed to strengthen it, never just a red flag with no way forward.
